How do I book a private chef during my stay?
You can request a private chef at the time of booking or up to six weeks prior to your arrival. Simply mention your interest when booking your accommodation, and we’ll arrange the rest in consultation with our chef and your schedule.
What type of meals can be prepared?
Our chef offers a fully bespoke menu based on your preferences — from casual brunches and traditional Irish fare to elegant multi-course dinners. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-aware options are all available upon request.
Can the chef cater for special occasions or events?
Yes. Whether you’re planning a small wedding dinner, anniversary celebration, birthday lunch, or a retreat gathering, our chef can tailor the dining experience to match the occasion — including private dining setup and service.
Where will the meals be served?
Meals are served directly within your accommodation — whether in the grand dining room of Castle or Thomond House, or the intimate setting of the Coach House. We also offer use of the Straw House for private dining and events, upon request.
